This conference is the forum at which the IRGC will present ist recommendations for how an international regulatory framework for deep geoligical sequestration of carbon dioxide could develop and what such a framework should include. The conference will enable those present to comment on and add to IRGC,s recommendations, and raise ideas and discuss possible actions wich facilitate the deploy-ment of carbon capture and storage.
